Gallipoli Tour | Anzac Day Tour

Day 1: 20 April – Arrive In Istanbul

Meal : No Meal
Upon arrival to Istanbul Ataturk Airport, you will meet with our staff at the airport and transfer to hotel. (If your flight land to Sabiha Gokcen Airport, there will be 25 Euro extar cost).
Check into hotel and rest of the day is you leisure in the city. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 2: 21 April – Full Day Guide Istanbul Old City Tour

Meal : Breakfast, Lunch
Breakfast at the hotel.
08:30 You will be picked up from your hotel and Full Day Guided Old City Tour visiting, Sultanahmet Mosque also, it is know as Blue Mosque because of the blue tiles adorning the walls of its interior. Hippodrome was the sporting and social centre of Constantinople, Hagia Sophia Museum, was a former Greek Orthodox patriarchal basilica and it is museum now. Topkapi Palace was the primary residence of the Ottoman sultans for approximately 400 years. Grand Covered Bazaar is one of the largest and oldest covered markets in the World. You will have lunch in locla restaurnt.
At the end of the tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel and overnight in Istanbul

Day 3 : 22 April – Full Day Guide Bosphorus Cruise & Two Continents Tour

Meal : Breakfast, Lunch
Breakfast at the hotel.
08:30 You will be picked up from your hotel and Full Day Bosphorus Cruise & Two Continents Tour visiting, Spice Bazaaris the second largest covered shopping complex after the Grand Bazaar. Cruise on the Bosphorus is an amazing cruise between the two continents, Europe and Asia. You will be able to see two continents in one day. Beylerbeyi Palace was summer residence of Ottoman Sultans with original furniture on the Asia Side. Camlica Hill is the highest point of Istanbul that you will be able to see all of Istanbul under your feet. Lunch will be served in a local restaurant.
At the end of the tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel and overnight in Istanbul.

Day 4: 23 April – Drive From Istanbul & Gallipoli Tour

Meal : Breakfast, Lunch
06:30 You will be picked up from your hotel and drive to Gallipoli. Stop on the way for breakfast.
12:00 Upon arrival to Eceabat, we will have lunch in local restaurant.
13:00 Drive to Gallipoli Peninsula. Today we will visit Gallipoli Peninsula where you will visit, Beach Cemetery (John Simpson’s Grave),ANZAC Cove, Ari Burnu (First ANZAC landing place),Lone Pine Cemetery (Australian memorial),Johnston’s Jolly (Walk in the ANZAC trenches), View Shrapnel Valley, Turkish Memorial, The Nek & Walker’s Ridge, Chunuk Bair (Main New Zealand memorial).
17:00 Tour ends and we drive back to Eceabat. Check into hotel.
20:00 We will have welcome dinner in local restaurant. Overnight in Eceabat / Canakkale.

Day 5: 24 April – Guided Troy Tour & Drive To Anzac Day Ceremonies Area

Meal : Breakfast, Lunch
You will have breakfast at your hotel
08:30 After having breakfast at the hotel, we drive to Troy. We will visit The Trojan Horse which was used in the movie Troy, A replica of the wooden horse, The 3200 years old city walls of Troy VI and VII, The East gate of VI (VIP entrance of Troy VI), The Temple of Athena, Walls of Troy II and Megaron House, Walls of Troy I (The oldest ruins of Troy), The ramp of Troy II, Sanctuary (Sacrificing Altars), Roman Bath, Odeon (Music theatre), Bouleuterion, Ruins of agora (Market place). At the end of the tour drive to local restaurant.
12:00 We will have lunch in a local restaurant.
13:00-13:30 Depart from Eceabat then we drive up to Anzac Cove.
We will try to get there as soon as possible to get a good position for the ceremonies. When the gate open we will get into service area and get good position and we will spend a night in the Anzac Ceremonies Area.

Day 6 : 25 April – Anzac Day Dawn Service & Drive Back To Istanbul

Meal : Breakfast, Lunch
05:30 Dawn Service will start in Anzac Cove.
After you attend Dawn Service Ceremony at the Anzac Cove, we will walk up to the Lone Pine for Australian Ceremony. There won’t be any buses in the ceremony area. That’s why we need to walk all ceremonies area.

Australian National Ceremony at Lone Pine
After Australian National Ceremony walk on the main road to Cunuk Bair for New Zealander National Ceremony. While we are walking we will see the Johnston’s Jolly where are remains of Turkish and Anzac trenches, Steele’s and Courntney’s Post cemetery, Quinns Post Cemetery & 57th Regiment Turkish Memorial.

After joining all ceremonies, our buses will collect you from road. Where you finish the last ceremony.

Afterwards, drive back to Istanbul and you will be dropped off infornt of Hagia Sophia Museum in Sultanahmet Old City then you will be transferred to your hotel. Check into Hotel and overnight in Istanbul.

Day 7: 26 April – Transfer To Airport

Meal : Breakfast
Breakfast at the hotel and free time until your flight departure time.
You will be picked up from your hotel regarding to your flight ad transfer to Ataturk Airport.(If your flight departs from Sabiha Gokcen Airport there will be 25 Euro extra fee.)
